'Place of outpouring and mercy'

The Basics

We exist to see people encounter God, and be restored and equipped to transform communities with the Kingdom of God.

We provide a safe place for people to come and receive direction, comfort, encouragement, healing and peace. We offer a variety of free appointments and events to uplift and encourage people.

Bethesda House is an NGO run by a group of trained volunteers and a sub-ministry of Youth With A Mission.

Our Four Focuses

Worship and Prayer- Cultivating and inspiring intimacy with God

Community Events- Bringing people into life changing encounters with Jesus in creative ways.

Restorative Ministry- Facilitating prophetic encouragement, healing areas of pain and trauma, freedom from oppression and identity restoration.

Training- Equipping through workshops and courses.  See our training page for more details.

I have walked a journey with Bethesda since 2011. When I arrived, I was very broken. The staff walked a road with me and God rejuvenated, refreshed and filled me with new hope through the ministry and training. It was during the ministry times that the actual healing took place. I could feel it. Once the brokenness was healed inside of me, I started reaching out to others. It’s been wonderful to get to know the staff that have shown such love and compassion. My whole life has changed!

About the Team

We are a multicultural group of people, diverse in our lifestyles, backgrounds and coffee choices.  Although from different walks of life, our common ground is seeing people set free through the power and love of Jesus Christ.  We are a group of friends rather than co-workers, experiencing life together with all its ups and downs.

Statement of Faith

We believe in that the Bible is God's inspired and authoritative word, revealing the existence of the one true Living God who exists eternally as three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that all people are created in God's image for relationship with God and that eternal life has been made possible through the incarnation, atoning sacrifice and resurrection of God’s son, Jesus Christ.

We believe in the power and ministry of the Holy Spirit, who dwells within all believers, unites us with Christ through new birth and empowers our discipleship and our witness. We believe in the presentation of the whole gospel for the whole person.
