God, we cry out to You for Sudan, for Your peace to be in the midst of such darkness. May we as Your body not look away or turn a blind eye to the Sudanese people because the weight of the situation seems too overwhelming. We cry out to You, feet firmly in the gap, knowing You hear every prayer by and for the Sudanese people, and we ask for an increase of Your presence among them.
I declare over them- God, You are there!
You are the light in the darkness.
Fill Sudan with Your light.
You are the hope for the hopeless.
Fill Sudan with Your hope.
You are the peace that passes understanding.
Fill Sudan with Your peace.
You make the impossible possible.
Fill Sudan with the miraculous in abundance. Miraculous protection, miraculous healing, miraculous provision, miraculous change.
God, You are there.
I pray the more the government and leading powers try to eliminate You and Your presence, the more Your presence will be made known. You, God, can not be eliminated and Your Spirit can not be confined by mere men. You have the final say.
I pray that Your voice will ring out loudly over Sudan, strengthening Your people and calling the lost to Yourself.
I lift up every single Christian to You and pray for the infilling of Your Holy Spirit in them. Fill them with Your power. I pray for an infilling of strength spiritually and physically, and for healing of all sickness, pain and trauma. I pray for miraculous protection as they proclaim Your gospel, obvious to those who are ready to hear and invisible to those who would bring them harm. Give them wisdom, courage and love.
I pray for every unbeliever that you will make them receptive to Your truth. I see Your hand reaching out to save, Your love opening blind eyes and deaf ears and softening hardened hearts. I pray for life-changing encounters in dreams, visions and miracles. For most, where conversion means severe persecution and even death, I pray for divine protection.
God, You are the antidote to war, to pain, to suffering and You are there!
