What We Believe

We believe in the Bible as God’s inspired and authoritative word, revealing the existence of the one true Living God who exists eternally as three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that all people are created in God’s image for relationship with God and that eternal life has been made possible through the incarnation, atoning sacrifice and resurrection of God’s son, Jesus Christ.

We believe in the power and ministry of the Holy Spirit, who dwells within all believers, unites us with Christ through new birth and empowers our discipleship and our witness. We believe in the presentation of the whole gospel for the whole person.

Get to know Bethesda.

Since launching in 2010, Bethesda House has been facilitating life-changing encounters with Jesus and demonstrating the God who speaks, saves, heals, delivers, and empowers.

Our mission

We exist to see people encounter God and be restored and equipped to transform communities with the Kingdom of God.

Encounter

Many believers know much about God, but do we know Him? We desire to see more believers experiencing moments with Jesus that are so impactful that they change the trajectory of their lives. Like that first moment when we say yes to following Him. And not only these great big moments with God, but also the consistent, day-to-day interactions with Him that all-together steer our lives to greater faithfulness and holiness. Encountering God is a moment, and it is also a lifestyle.

Restore

Although there was an original blueprint on God’s heart for every person’s life, all of us have lost that due to pain, sin and brokenness of this world. Through prophecy, inner healing, deliverance, and spirit-led prayer, we desire to see God’s healing and transformation reach many through the power and wisdom of the Holy Spirit.

Equip

We can cultivate deep, vibrant relationships with God, but if we don’t know how to display that to the world then we are missing half of our journey. Transforming our communities doesn’t have to look like traditional evangelism, but how we interact with the people that enter our lives every day. It can look like creative, Holy Spirit inspired ideas in our workplaces. It can look like learning how to live by the fruit of the spirit and not by the flesh. Our seminars and courses are designed for maximum spirit-led transformation in your life so you can bring maximum spirit-led transformation around you.
