Matthew 4:16 (AMP) – “The people who were sitting (living) in [spiritual] darkness have seen a great light, and for those who were sitting (living) in the land & shadow of [spiritual & moral] death, upon them a light has dawned.”
I praise You, Lord Jesus, because You are the bright light shining Your love & the glory of who You are in the midst of the people of Madagascar.
Lord, I pray Your strengthening & equipping to those in the nation who know You, love You and who are called by You to be a light in this time. I pray ever-increasing awareness of Your holy presence with them, that they be fortified to continue the good work You are establishing in them.
Lord, I pray the yolk of oppression of poverty, hopelessness & violence would be broken over many in the mighty name of Jesus. I shine the light of God on creative solutions to social problems, and I pray Your blessing of wisdom, patience, fear of the Lord to those in leadership and the comfort of Your holy presence to all people.
Isaiah 9:3 (AMP)- “You [O God] will increase the nation, You will multiply their joy, they will rejoice before You like the joy & jubilation of the harvest, as men (people) rejoice when they divide the spoil [of victory].”
I praise You, Lord, because You are the victorious One in Madagascar. Of the increase of Your light, Your governance, Your peace, there will be no end (Isaiah 9:7)!
May Your light shine brightly in their hearts, illuminating You Jesus Christ, our eternal hope of glory.
