Lord, I thank You for Norway. I praise You for the way that the Gospel has reached and spread. We ascribe glory to You for the many missionaries emerging from this nation, being sent and those active in other parts of the globe.
I bless every Norwegian Christian with a fresh desire to seek You, know You and make You known. I bless them with clear focus on Jesus.
Lord, Norway longs to see a move of God. They have heard testimonies of faith. Release greater levels of faith in their hearts and an expectation to see You move again. May they have their own baskets full of personal testimonies to encourage others and draw in the lost with.
I pray that You stir them towards intercession. May they become people of prayer who seek You day and night. Through constant communion with You, aligned them to Your pace. I bless Norway with the deep revelation of James 5:16: The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. I declare You are Lord and Your Kingdom is at hand in this nation.
Release new hunger for Your Word. I pray for the teaching, reminding and comprehension by the Holy Spirit of the truth of the Bible (John 14:26; 1 Corinthians 2:13). I pray for committed, sound teachers to bring alignment in churches across the country, so that a sweet fragrance is released unto You in gatherings.
Strengthen them by Your grace, that they may resist temptations of materialism, relativism, and selfish ambition. May Norway crave after righteousness and Your rule, to be unstained by mindsets of the world (James 1:27).
Lord, I show them how satisfying You are. May they shout with a resounding, joyous YES to You with the fullness of their being. I pray Norway would hold onto Your words of eternal life (John 6:68)!
Lord, You feel joy in drawing near to Norwegians, as they do to You. You’ve sealed every believer with Your Spirit as a guarantee of their inheritance (Ephesians 1:13-14). You grant fullness of life (John 10:10)!
The Lord upholds you, Norway (Isaiah 41:10)! May the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace. In Jesus’s Name, Amen.
