I bless the people of Vietnam to know You.

I bless their tenacious spirits to be tenacious after You. As they have been a people to fight for their independence from so many other nations, may they fight for Your freedom in the hearts and souls of the Vietnamese. Freedom in themselves, their children, their parents, their neighbours, their leaders.

I bless them to have unique relationships with You that aren’t seen anywhere else in the world. I bless them to find their own path to You, not paths forged by other nations or cultures. May they bring their own redemptive gifts to the Body of Christ, gifts that we are missing and sorely need even if we aren’t aware of what they are.

I pray against plans of the enemy to steal, kill and destroy the Vietnamese, especially the younger generations. I expose lies spoken into the hearts of young people that they are not enough, they are worthless, or they will never measure up. I declare they are wonderfully made by a perfect Creator, and I ask You, Jesus, to draw them into a miraculous discovery of their worth in You.

I pray for many divine encounters with people who know You to intersect with the lives of the Vietnamese. For those living in Vietnam, I pray tourists, media, and family abroad would introduce them to Your unfathomable love. For those living in other nations such as the US, Canada, or Australia, I pray for a holy curiosity to stir inside them for the things of Your Kingdom.

I bless Vietnam to take it’s designated place at the Lord’s banqueting table. “And people will come from east and west, and from north and south, and recline at table in the kingdom of God.” Luke 13:29
